Case Study
End to End Café Start up – Urban Orchard
Details of the project included:
- Menu Development from concept through recipe development, sourcing, costing, procedures and training.
- Advice on hiring staff, kitchen design, equipment selection and packaging.
- A food photography session, for which I sourced a photographer, stylist and assisted in briefing the team. I also prepared the food for photography.
I continue to work with Urban Orchard including a recent seasonal menu change, induction of a new head chef and merchandising the display.
